VAT Information (EU Customers)

Prices displayed on this website include VAT where applicable, depending on the destination country within the European Union.

VAT rates may vary according to local regulations of each EU member state.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate VAT/tax information when required by customs or local authorities.

For business customers with valid EU VAT IDs, reverse charge may apply where legally permitted.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across all European countries, including EU member states and selected non-EU regions.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Shipping Time (Europe)

  • EU Countries (from Germany warehouse): 3–7 business days
  • Remote / Non-mainland regions: 5–10 business days (depending on logistics availability)

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €79
  • Standard Shipping: €8 for orders under €79

Shipping Methods

We use trusted EU logistics partners and express carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.


Delivery Address Requirements

  • Each order can only be shipped to one address.
  • For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • APO/FPO addresses may not be supported depending on carrier availability.

Data Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

In some cases, customs or tax authorities may require additional identification (such as VAT or ID number). If needed, our customer service team will contact you via cs@bebird.com.

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the responsibility of the customer.


Duties & Taxes

  • For EU orders shipped from our Germany warehouse, most shipments are duty-free within the EU.
  • For non-EU countries, local import duties, VAT, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


Delays & Risks

While we strive for fast delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Extreme weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Peak season logistics delays

Bebird is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but our support team will assist in resolving any shipping issues.


Claims Processing

Claims for lost, missing, or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

For damaged items, photographic evidence is required.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and Bebird reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

Reshipped orders are not eligible for return or refund.
